WASHINGTON—Congressman Robert Aderholt (AL-04) released the following statement on the results of the Environmental Impact Study conducted for the proposed site of the United States Space Command.

The Environmental Impact Study released today found no issues with the planned location for U.S. Space Command headquarters at Redstone Arsenal. The completion of this EIS marks another important milestone in bringing U.S. Space Command Headquarters to Huntsville where it belongs. Alabama has a rich history in both the defense and space industries, and Space Command’s placement will only deepen the commitment to national security that we so value.”
