Adam Ryan Bennett, 37 of Union Grove passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023, at his residence. Adam was born September 4, 1985 in Decatur the son of Bunyan Reese Bennett and Brenda Gail Wilbanks Bennett. He was a graduate of Wallace State Community College, receiving a degree in Criminal Justice. He was an officer for Cullman County until becoming a Protection Officer for Belk until his health declined.
He is survived by his spouse: Clent Lingolingo-Bennett; mother: Brenda Haney; sister: Briana Smith, husband Whit; nephew: Gavin Smith; nieces: Kaydence Smith and Kaybri Mae Smith; special friend: Shaun Linthicum; host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Bunyan Reese Bennett and a nephew: Gunner Reed Smith.
The family chose to honor his wishes by cremation with no formal service. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the Bennett family with cremation arrangements.
