CULLMAN– On Friday, April 5 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a press release concerning the death of a Hillsboro man in a single vehicle accident:
A single-vehicle crash at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, has claimed the life of a Hillsboro man.
Timothy Dennis Blasingame, 45, was killed when the 2006 Sterling dump truck he was driving left the roadway on Alabama Highway 157 and struck a utility pole. Blasingame, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred eight miles northwest of Cullman. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
