Aaron Smith, age 99, of Huntsville died on Thursday June 11, 2015.
Mr. Smith was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. He is the son of the late Neal and Carrie Smith, and is also preceded in death by his wife, Vera Bailey Smith; his daughter, Annie Jean Evans; his brothers, Adolph and Thomas C. Smith; and his sister, Hazel Hastings.
Mr. Smith is survived by his sons, A. J. Smith of Ardmore, and Danny Smith of Fayetteville; his daughters, Annette Moon, Wanda Neely, and Diane Terry, all of Huntsville; his sister, Mavis Smith of Ardmore; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be on Saturday June 13, 2015 at 1pm at Valhalla Memory Gardens with burial to follow. The family will receive friends on that day from 10am until 12pm at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.
