Bishop Aaron McCroskey, Jr., age 54, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, April 08, 2015 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Murfreesboro, TN, teacher at Lawrence County High School, Pastor of Solid Rock Worship Center, and former member of Temple of Praise Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Wade McCroskey; and one son, Alexander McCroskey.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Mars Hill Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 11, 2015, with Apostle Garrett officiating. Interment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Solid Rock Worship Center in memory of Bishop McCroskey’s vision for a future youth center.
