Aaron H. Robinson, 87, of Ardmore, Alabama, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
The son of the late Thomas Douglas Robinson and Sadie Mae Owens Robinson, Mr. Robinson lived in this area all his life and was a member of Community Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and gardening, especially rose gardening.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandson Garrett Aaron Robinson and 11 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Mavis Ann King Robinson; one son, Jeff (Mary) Robinson; two daughters, Donna (Dwayne) Buford and Sonja (Miche) Hicks; one sister, Elizabeth Renegar; five grandchildren, Nathan (Heather) Robinson, Cody (Logan) Buford, BriAnn Buford, Brilee Hicks and Connor Hicks; two great grandchildren, Harrison Aaron Robinson and Jameson Robinson and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Robinson, Cody Buford, Connor Hicks, Bryce Scott, Houston Howard, and Steve Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Men’s Sunday School Class of Community Baptist Church.
A visitation for Mr. Robinson will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Friday, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. with a chapel service scheduled to follow beginning at 1:00 P.M., with Bro. Steve Hargrove officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
