She was a dedicated wife and mother to her husband, Harold and daughters Judy and LaNette. She was a faithful Christian and kept her home according to Proverbs 31. She supported her husband in various ventures with the most important being he was a faithful gospel preacher.

She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and strived to be a good example to them.

During her lifetime she was an excellent seamstress and made most of her own and her daughters clothes, including both of daughters wedding dresses and one granddaughter. Also, she is remembered as the “bowl lady” at Rustic Youth Camp, influencing children and adults alike. She and Harold were charter members of the camp.

She was always willing to help others following the example of Dorcas in Acts 9.

Also, she thoroughly enjoyed china painting. Many of her family and friends have received pieces of her work.

She has left a legacy of Christian values and will be missed by all.
