A Celebration of Life Service for Mary Francis Morelock, 79 of Corinth, MS will be Monday, September 4, 2023 at 11:00 A M at 1st Church of The Lord Jesus Christ with interment to follow in Hinkle Cemetery. Rev. Mike Brown and Rev. Steve Leggett will officiate the service. Visitation will be Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 6:00 P M to 9:00 P M and Monday, September 4, 2023 from 10:00 A M until service time at 1st Church of The Lord Jesus Christ. Mrs. Morelock passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born September 28, 1943 in Booneville, MS to Edgar Richardson and Verna Nash Richardson. She retired as a factory worker at Kimberly Clark after 20+ years of service and was a member of 1st Church of The Lord Jesus Christ. She enjoyed working in her garden, fishing, sewing and cross stitching. She loved her family and grandchildren, going to the mountains and going to church. Mary is survived by her sons, Darron Morelock (Debora) and Greg Morelock (Tracy); 5 grandchildren, Andrea Huddleston (Jon), Nathan Morelock (Amanda), Bradley Morelock (Chelsea), Wesley Morelock and Kristen Jackson; 10 great-grandchildren, Landon Huddleston, Hadley Huddleston, Brooks Huddleston, Parker Huddleston, Millie Morelock, Ridge Morelock, Ryder Morelock, Griffin Morelock, Olivia Seymore and Adi Kate Morelock; sisters, Laverne Leggett and Betty Hughes; sister-in-law, Eunice Morelock; brother-in-law, James Parvin; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Barron Morelock; her father, Edgar Richardson; her mother, Verna Nash Richardson; her brother, David Richardson and her sister, Freida Parvin. Pallbearers will be Jon Huddleston, Bradley Morelock, Wesley Morelock, Nathan Morelock, Landon Huddleston and Ryder Morelock.
