TUSCUMBIA-Spring Park in Tuscumbia was filled Saturday, June 2, with almost 300 antique and classic cars and trucks. The automobile enthusiasts came from as far away as Illinois to compete in the 47th annual Muscle Shoals Street Rod Run.
When the Muscle Shoals Area Street Rods Club was founded in 1971 there were only 20 cars to show. Now there are over 200.
The annual event is one of the largest car shows in Alabama.
