TUSCUMBIA-Tuscumbia held It’s A Dickens Christmas Y’all for the 12th year. The weather was cloudy and warm with SNOW. Vendors were busy, Dickens Characters were out and about. The children were playing in the snow while their parents joined in the spirit by singing carols and enjoying the Christmas cheer and hospitality of downtown Tuscumbia.
