COLBERT COUNTY-On June 3, 2024 at approximately 8:30 pm,deputies with the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Ford Road in Muscle Shoals.
During the stop deputies received consent from driver to search the vehicle. 86 fentanyl pills,a firearm,and 2 syringes were

located.
The passenger in the vehicle claimed ownership of the narcotics and the firearm.
It was later discovered the passenger also had multiple warrants with our agency.
Jacob Brent Roddy 31 of Florence was arrested for drug trafficking and multiple warrants.
Subject was transported to Colbert County Jail where he is being held on $155,000 bond.
