Ernest Buford Guthrie, 89, of Huntsville, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023. Mr. Guthrie retired from the US Army after 20 years of service.
Survivors include brother, Vernon Guthrie of Michigan; sister, Shirley Black of New Market, AL; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2023, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Thomas Black officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
