Mr. Roger Boyd Epperson age 76, of Lineville passed away May 18, 2023 at his residence. A visitation for family and friends will be Monday, May 22, 2023 at Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Mr. Epperson was born in Pell City, Alabama. He joined the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam War Era. Roger worked for many years as a welder/pipe fitter for Cheaha Construction.
He is survived by his wife; Elaine Epperson, his daughter; Leta Angelina Epperson, a son; Roger Brandon Epperson, his mother; Lucille Ford, his sister Sandra Wickerman; his brothers; Ken Ford, Tony Ford, and Guy Ford; 5 grandchildren and numerous extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his father Boyd Lincoln Epperson.
