Hazel Osborn O’Sullivan, 84, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Baldwyn Nursing Home. She was born June 1, 1928 to the late Samuel Claude Osborn Sr. and the late Iona Latner Osborn. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading the Bible and playing cards with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and spending time with her family.
Bro. Matt Hudson, and Bro. John Gale will be officiating.
She is survived by 2 Daughters – Betty (DL) Parker of Guntown, MS, Ruby Charlene Hannah of Jacksonville, FL; 2 Sons – Ellis Frith Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Charles Ratliff Jr. of Houston, MS; 27 Grandchildren ; 40 Great Grandchildrem – 7; Great Great Grandchildren – ;Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy O’Sullivan, Father, Samuel Claude Osborn Sr., Mother, Iona Osborn, 2 Brothers,, 1 Sister,, 1 Granddaughter,, 1 Great Grandson.
Pallbearers will be her Great Grandsons.
