Julie Fran Kirkland, age 76, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.
Her wishes were to be cremated, and no services are planned at this time.
Ms. Kirkland was born on March 7, 1947, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to the late Roy & Julia Wheeler Hodgkins.
She is survived by her daughter, Chontel Bracey; grandchildren, Kelsey (Garrett) Anderson, Brayden Bracey, and Isabella Bracey; and great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Cas, and Chandler Anderson.
