Adam Lee Sweatt, age 41 passed away March 16, 2023 at his home.
He was born September 25, 1981 in Jackson, the son of the late Joe Dan Sweatt and the late Judy Lee Morris Sweatt. He grew up in Jackson and Selmer and was a 2000 graduate of McNairy Central High School. He later received technical training in Jackson and became a welder.
He enjoyed horseback riding, showing horses and deer hunting. He loved his animals especially dogs and horses.
He leaves behind his dog “Z” and his horse “Loco”.
He was a simple country man, who worked hard and enjoyed the simple things in life.
Adam is survived by a son, Will Couch; a very special friend, Miranda Miller; a sister, Dana Sweatt; a brother, Joe David Sweatt (Ashley); stepmother, Evelyn Sweatt and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, March 23rd at Unity Cemetery with Jerry McCoy officiating.
The family will receive friends at Unity Cemetery beginning at 10:30 AM Thursday.
