Dois E. Seaton Dois E. Seaton, 93, of Iuka, MS, died on Friday, March 10, 2023, at the Hospitality House with her children by her side. Dois enjoyed working in the garden, reading, sewing, and cooking. She was a Sunday school teacher, loved helping with Vacation Bible School, and was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. Dois was a caregiver to everyone and always had a smile on her face. Even in her last days when asked how she was doing, she would reply “I’m just fine.” She is survived by her daughters, Vernita Sitton and Joan Lynch; her son, Ronald Seaton; her brother, Donnie Lambert; her grandchildren, Vonda Jobe (Brad), Darren Lynch, Scott Sitton (Stacey), Lisa Williams (Freddy), Carla Plaxico, Cindy Sweat (Chris), Chris Seaton (Jessica), Tiffany Sitton, Heath Lynch, Derrick Lynch (Brittanni), and Jeremy Seaton (Bethany); 17 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, John D. Seaton; her parents, Kinnie and Vostie Reynolds Lambert; her sons-in-law, David Sitton, and Danny Lynch; her daughters-in-law, Debbie Seaton, and Dianne Seaton; and her sister-in-law, Ona Lambert. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation will be on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Visitation will continue Tuesday, March 14, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., at Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Pleasant Grove Church of Christ, officiated by Ron Adams. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Darren Lynch, Scott Sitton, Chris Seaton, Heath Lynch, Derrick Lynch, and Jeremy Seaton. An online guestbook may be accessed at www.cutshallfuneralhome.com.
