Shirley Robbins, 87, passed on from this life to her eternal home Friday, March 10, 2023, from Magnolia Manor after a lengthy illness. She was born October 1, 1935, in Tupelo to George and Myrtle Hankins. She was a homemaker and a member of King City Church. She was a devoted Christian and the ultimate prayer warrior. She loved to cook, read her bible, tend t her flowers and watch cooking shows. Her greatest joy was her family.

Services will be 2 PM Monday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with two of her sons, Jeff Robbins and Shane Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Delbert Robbins of Tupelo; her four boys, Dwayne Robbins (Deb) of Gulfport, Rick Robbins (Tanya) of Pontotoc, Jeff Robbins (Shari) of Tupelo and Shane Robbins (Tricia) of Tupelo; one brother, Terry Hankins (Jeanette) of Plantersville; eight grandchildren, Kristi White (Jason), Katie Robbins, Tiffany Harris (Josh), Zach Robbins (Charlotte), Breanna Welch (Micah), Bryton Robbins (Ruthy), Morgan Robbins and Ethan Robbins; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Hoyle Hankins, G.L. Hankins, Faye McDonald, Billie McNutt, Hazel McDonald and Bobby Hankins.

Pallbearers will be Zach Robbins, Bryton Robbins, Ethan Robbins, Josh Harris, Jason White and Micah Welch. Honorary Pallbearer will be Carson Renfrow.

Visitation will be 11 AM – 2 PM Monday at Lee Memorial.
