Deborah Dianna Mitchell, age 67, of Tuscumbia (formerly of Russellville), went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
Deborah was a proud graduate of Russellville High School, class of 1974. She went on to graduate from NWSCC with a degree in cosmetology. Deborah was also an avid University of Alabama football fan, Roll Tide.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Glenn Reed & Bettye Jo Jackson Reed.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Leonard Oneal Mitchell; brother, Doug (Debbie) Reed; sons, Sabin Contreras, Dustin (Candis) Mitchell, Norman Mitchell, Brian (Brandie) Mitchell, Chris (Melanie) Contreras; grandchildren, Colby & Destiny Contreras, Hailey, Braxton, Kalei, and Karlei Mitchell, Braden & Bryson Mitchell, Morgan (Olivia) Contreras; great-grandchildren, Christian Barrera, Jaxon Contreras, Jaden Contreras, Indy Mitchell; niece, Kim Alexander (Nick); nephew, Brandon Reed (Ramona); and a host of beloved family and friends.
The visitation will be 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Chris Contreras will be speaking at the service. Burial will be at Duncan Creek Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Colby Contreras, Braxton Mitchell, Braden Mitchell, Bryson Mitchell, Brandon Reed, and Barry Britton.
