Martha Jane Hallman, age 78, of Haleyville, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by husband, L.B. Hallman; children, Paula Marie Hallman, L.B. Hallman, Jr., great-grandchild, Hazley Posey parents, John Sydney & Dora (Thompson) Hawkins; brothers, James Hawkins, Verlon Hawkins, Ronnie Hawkins, Hershall Hawkins, Norman Hawkins; sisters, Rachel Reeves, Jean Thompson, and Ida Hawkins.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Benjie (Judy) Hallman, Gary (Debby) Hallman, Pam (Donald) Self, Wendy (Steve) Milligan; grandchildren, Darryl (Carol) Hallman, BJ (Shae) Hallman, Tonya (Michael) Pate, Tyler Hallman, Darla (John) Roberts, Tiffany (Colton) Posey, Amanda Milligan (Jake Talmadge), Sharon Darwin, Hayden (Robin) Milligan; great-grandchildren, Sean Austin (Kaitlynn) Hallman, Angela Hallman, Austin Hallman, Kylie Hallman, Clay Hallman, Ben Hess, Lily Pate, Tanner Pate, Ella Ruth Hallman, Parker Hallman, Zoella Posey, Nakoda Posey, Kyle Perez, Ryleigh Hutcheson, Maddox Milligan, Kara Talmadge, Charlotte Darwin; great-great-grandchild, Samuel Hallman; brother, Kenneth Hawkins; sister, Barbara Vos; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 12-1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Tyler Hallman and Bro. Ricky Newell will speak at the service. Burial will be at Blue Springs Cemetery. The pallbearers will be B.J. Hallman, Michael Pate, Hayden Milligan, Kyle Perez, John Roberts, and Ben Hess.
