Glenda Fay English Thomas 74, Tuscumbia, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 19, at Pride Missionary Baptist Church, beginning at 11:30 a.m. with Dwight Rivers officiating.
Glenda was a native of Florence and a member of Pride Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Eunice English; brothers, Jimmy English, Jack English, Don English (Evelyn), Billy Joe English, Rickey English, and Charles English (Joyce); sisters, Betty English Stanley and Barbara English Vaughn.
Glenda is survived by her loving and devoted husband Aubrey Waller, Jr.; daughters, Donna Leonard (Marlon), Charlotte Lovelace (Mike), and Susan Pounders (Bennie); sister, Bonnie English Lee (Allen); brothers, Robert English (Marilynn), Kenneth English (Lisa), and Bobby Biggers; grandchildren, Michael Lambert, Matthew Barrier, Miranda Peden, Justin Peden, Benjamin Williams, Anthony Crosswhite, Kayla Myrick, and Sydney Wesson; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many other extended family.
