Ward Eugene "Jimmy" Bailey Ward Eugene “Jimmy” Bailey, 82, of Tishomingo, Mississippi, died on Sunday, February 12, 2023, in his home. Jimmy owned and operated his own logging business, W.E. Bailey Logging. He was a member of Burgess Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed attending when he could. In his free time, Jimmy liked to watch wrestling, go hunting, and work in his garden. His garden was always plentiful, and he loved being able to provide for his family by cooking and canning what he could. He was the world’s biggest basketball fan, at least when it came to watching his granddaughter Clara play. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and there was nothing he loved more than spending time with them. Jimmy is survived by his children, Renee Ragsdale (Jeremiah), Susan McNutt (Joey), and Regetta Garland; his grandchildren, Hope Newcomb (Daniel), Tanner Garland, Trevor Garland, and Clara Garland; his great-grandchildren, Ella Newcomb and Rayker Newcomb; and his siblings, Carolyn McVay and Lynell Bailey.
