Beatrice Painter Hale, age 89, of Scottsboro, AL passed away February 2, 2023. She was born November 20, 1933.
She is survived by her daughter: Becky Hale Downs; grandson: Erik Downs (Faith); great grandson, Karter Downs; daughter-in-law, Carol Hale; nieces, Julianne Martin and Kaye Mann and special cat companion, Bojo.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Hale Jr.; son, Tony Hale; son-in-law, Donnie Downs; Parents, Hobart and Margaret Painter; sisters, Geraldine Hardy and Carrie Moore.
The funeral services will be Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shandy Dill. Visitation will be Tuesday February 2, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
