John S. Jasper, 86 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Jasper Was born July 19, 1936 in California, he was a U.S. Army Veteran and he was a retired Software Engineer.
A Memorial Service will be held later. Spry Funeral Home in Athens assisted the family.
Survivors: Wife, Josephine Jasper of Athens. Daughters, Kelley Jasper of Bellingham, WA, Nancy Jasper of Marysville, CA and Carole Nicole Waddell of Athens. Step-daughters, Neysa Gleason of Santa Barbara, CA, Rene Proctor of Charlottesville, VA and Tanya Brown of Lewisville, TX. Eight Grandchildren. Five Great Grandchildren. Sisters, Judy Jasper of Ontario, CA and Janice Schuler of Maryland.
