Mr. Robert S. Bowen, Huntsville, passed away January 29, 2023 from complications due to an auto accident.
Mr. Bowen was born in New Brunswick, NJ, the son of the late Sheldon and Edith Bowen. He attended Rutgers University and Seton Hall University. He had a successful career in newspaper advertising and marketing, was a real estate broker licensed in five states, and owned his own real estate business. Bob enjoyed fishing, boating, and traveling with his wife.
Mr. Bowen is survived by his wife, Elaine Bowen; step-sons, Brian Guckenberger (wife Cynthia Simmons) Union Grove, AL and Michael Guckenberger, Middletown, MD; granddaughter, Stephanie Kruse (Kyle), South Kingstown, RI; step-grandchildren, Jonathan (Heather) Simmons (Heather) and Daniel Simmons (Maegan); and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Bowen attended Morningside Baptist Church in Huntsville. He was beloved by family and friends, and will be missed greatly.
