James “Jimmy” Webb, III, 46, of Bolivar, passed from this life Thursday, January 26, 2023.
The husband of Helen Shields, who survives, he formerly worked at Devilbiss prior to becoming disabled 20 years ago. He was born Sunday, November 28, 1976, in Houston, Texas, son of the late James Owen Webb, II and Thersa Ott Webb, and lived in Illinois prior to moving to this area 30 years ago. He enjoyed tattooing, woodcarving and singing, especially in his earlier years, and was a member of Toone Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Shields; a son, Zach Webb of Middleton; two sisters, Tammy Webb of Jackson and Johanna Troupe (Daniel) of Spring Hill; a brother, Tim Webb (Michelle) of Minnesota; four nieces; two nephews and his former wife and mother of his son, Joanna Young Harwood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Opal Webb and James Owen (J.O.) Webb, Sr.
