Cleston C. Burcham Cleston Cleveland Burcham, 86, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Friday, January 13, 2023, at Helen Keller Hospital. Mr. Burcham was a charter member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church. He was a U. S. Army veteran and served in Japan during the Korean War. He was also a 32nd Degree York Rite Mason, a Shriner, and a member of the Burnsville Lodge #233 F&AM. Mr. Burcham worked as a brick mason and loved bluegrass music. He is survived by one son, Jeff Burcham (Susie Cummings); three daughters, Nelda Degraw (Allen), Ann Feltman (Greg), and Gail Parrish (Billy); two sisters, Clara Price and Linda Knight; nine grandchildren, Jana Lewis (Tom), Corey Degraw, Carrie James (Jason), Emily Feltman (Taylor), Hayley Rogers (Josh), Adam Degraw (Chesney), Amy Feltman (Nick), Annabeth Parrish, and Paris Thomas; 17 great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Laurie Burcham; two sisters-in-law, Clara Burcham and Dorothy Williams; a special friend, Betty Norris; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Walls Burcham; his parents, Clyde and Eva Rorie Burcham; a granddaughter, Bethany Degraw; two brothers, Olan Burcham and Rodger Burcham; a sister, Betty Hickman (Talmadge); two sisters-in-law, Lorene Tidwell (Woodrow) and Mary Pruitt; and six brothers-in-law, David Price, Dewey Knight, Clay Walls, Jolly Walls, Noonan Walls, and Larry Myrick. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, at Harmony Hill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Burcham Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Corey Degraw, Adam Degraw, Tom Lewis, Jason James, Taylor Joslin, Nick Hammond, Josh Rogers, Will Lewis, Braylen Parrish, and Paris Thomas. Honorary pallbearers include Bentlee Degraw, Everett James, Peyton Rogers, Jimmy Hamlin, Doyle Rorie, Gary Keanum, Charlie Murray, Donald Tidwell, Truman Williams, Jimmy Barnett, Johnny Stone, Johnny Walker, James Monroe, Jessie Lambert, the Courthouse Pickers, and the Hatchie Bottom Boys. Visitation is scheduled for 3:00 until 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 16, at the Harmony Hill Baptist Church Multi-Purpose Building.
