Jean M. Rossman, 91 of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023, at Madison Hospital. Mrs. Rossman was born on September 23rd, 1931, in Athens, AL, to James Moore and Leah M. White.
Mrs. Rossman is survived by her son, Kenneth D. Rossman, of Milton, Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband Kenneth L. Rossman.
There will be a graveside service for Mrs. Rossman on Sunday, January 15th, 2023, at 2:00pm at Roselawn Cemetery in Athens, with Rev. Clint Coffey officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Grigsby, Jason Grigsby, Tom Corum, Gordon Thayer, Jessie Grigsby, and Bill Trent.
Jean was married on October 12th, 1951, to the love of her life, Kenneth L. Rossman of Athens, whom she loved spending time with for 63 years. She was a member of First Christian Church of Athens and she enjoyed antique shopping.
