Charles "Buddy" McAnally Charles “Buddy” McAnally, 76, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Buddy was a member of Iuka Church of Christ for over 50 years. In his free time, he enjoyed going fishing and watching the Ole Miss Rebels. He was a family man and loved getting to spend as much time with them as he could. His favorite part of every day was speaking to his grandchildren. It did not matter how busy his day was or what he had going on, he would call each grandchild daily to check on them and catch up. Buddy is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Murrah McAnally; his sons, Brandon Murrah McAnally (Paula) and Benjamin Neal McAnally (Anna Reid); his sisters, Cathy Bonds and Jennie Gross (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Madison Paige, Sophie Laine, Macie Mae, Charlie Jae, and Daniel Sloan McAnally; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hurtleen James and John Junior McAnally; and his brother-in-law, David Bonds. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Iuka Church of Christ. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023, at Iuka Church of Christ, officiated by Lance Foster and Ben McAnally. Pallbearers include Brandon McAnally, Ben McAnally, Chris Murrah, Beau Gross, David Kessler, and Troy Oliver. Honorary pallbearers include Mackey Wade, David Cooper, Mike “Beagle” Brumley, Gerald Barnes, Lyonel Bailey, and Kerry McVey. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
