Annette Ola Scott, 84, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Magnolia Regional Health Care Center in Corinth. Mrs. Annette was a homemaker for most of her life, taking care of her family and her household. She loved the lord, attended House of Prayers Church, and loved listening to and participating in preaching. She really enjoyed gardening, her chickens, and her dogs. Most of all, however, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. Annette is survived by her daughter, Michelle Scott; her sons, Anthony Scott (Marietha) and Carey Scott; her grandchildren, Jamie Dixon (Mack), Jennifer Burger, Raven Griffin (Johnny), Telicia Colyer (Robert), Dorian Sutton, Sheena Sutton, and Preston Scott; several great-grandchildren; her sister, Carolyn Littlejohn; her brothers, Coy Smith and Jimmy Smith; and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Scott; her parents, Luther and Marie Young Presley; her sister, Betty Joyner; and her grandson, Carey Lynn Scott Jr. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements.
