Bonnie Brooke Ruf, 42, of Athens, passed away on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022. Miss Ruf was born June 14th, 1980, to Donnie Ruf and Cathy Lamb.
She is a graduate of The University of North Alabama and The University of Alabama. She was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. She was employed by Viatris, Inc.
Miss Ruf is survived by her parents; sister, Katie Blair (Justin); brothers, Jake Lamb and Clint Lamb; nieces, Lola Marie Blair and Julia Elizabeth Blair; stepfather, Jack Lamb; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Anne Paulk; David and Thelma Ruf; and step-grandparents, Jack and Nita Lamb.
A celebration of life service for Miss Ruf will be Sunday, November 13th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Jamie Butler officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, November 13th, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel.
