Edgar A. Stout, “Tony”, 68, of Decatur, passed away on October 14, 2022 after several weeks in the hospital. His Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00, November 12th, at Decatur Church of Christ, with Dan Isenberg officiating.
Tony is survived by his most trusted friend, his dog Baylee; his cousin, Anita Isenberg (Dan); his friends and neighbors, Clark Bush and Lisa Chadwell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Stout and his mother, Martha Stout.
Tony graduated from Decatur High School and went to several colleges. He was a veteran having served in the Navy followed by the National Guard. He was retired from Decatur Transit where he worked with traffic on the river. He was an Auburn fan, but fell in love with The Louisville Cardinals when he lived there for a few years. He is remembered as being a kind and loving person. He will be missed.
