Tommy Jack Ramsey, 79, of Iuka, MS passed away peacefully on November 1, 2022, at Regional One Health in Memphis surrounded by his family. Tommy Jack was born on August 3, 1943, to Clifton and Ruth Ramsey. He was an active member of Iuka Baptist Church and loved the Lord and his church family dearly. He retired from First American National Bank in 2006 where he served for 35 years. Tommy Jack was appointed to the Northeast Mississippi Community College Board of Trustees in 1983 and was currently serving as Chairman of the Board. He loved old cars, especially his 1966 Mustang. He was a proud member of the Wheels of Northeast Mississippi Car Club. Most of all, Tommy Jack loved his family. He is survived by his sons, Randy Ramsey (Ashley) and Brian Ramsey (Lisa); his brother, Jimmy Ramsey (Donna); his sister, Clarene Reynolds (Gene); his grandchildren, Rhiannon Edmondson (Ethan), Haley Lambert (Lucas), Tate Ramsey, Shelby Price, and Shawn, Baily, Lindsey, and Grayson Whitfield; and his great-grandchildren, Wilkes and Brooks Edmondson, Kayden and Lainey Ruth Lambert, Ella Kayte and Colt Eaton. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mildred Ramsey; his brother, Earl Ramsey; and his sister, Lillie Ruth Johnson. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 5pm until 8pm, at Iuka Baptist Church. Services are scheduled for Friday, November 4, 2022, at 11am, at Iuka Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Johnny Hancock. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cliff Reynolds, Larry Ramsey, Jim Ramsey, Robby Johnson, Larry Higginbottom, and Johnny Woodruff. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Wheels of Northeast Mississippi Car Club.
