Terri Lynn Madison Ballard, 61, of Hazel Green, passed away on Tuesday.
She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and sister. She had a beautiful smile, was a hard-worker, and she cared about her friends and enjoyed spending time with them.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm & Lily Madison; her brother, Donald Madison.
Surviving family members include her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica & Jeramie McKinney; Her grandchildren: Gage McKinney and Ethan McKinney; Her brother, Jimmy (Bertha) Madison; Her sister, Joyce Goins; Her sister, Sandra Williamson; Her brother, Steve (Bonita) Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 4pm until 6pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00pm at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park on Old Birmingham Highway in Tuscaloosa.
