Barbara E. Weeks, age 69, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Barbara worked for years in the sewing department at HD Lees. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grands. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Leslie & Ludie (Bishop) Mims; siblings, Johnny Mims, Fred Mims, Charles Mims, Bobby Mims, Brenda Mims, Joyce (Dean) Mims; James (Bozz) Mims.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 38 years, Dellion Jr. Weeks; children, Dellion Josh Weeks (Sara), Terry Weeks (Irene), Tammy Weeks, Tina Cagle (Steve); grandchildren, Erica Swinney, Dylan Garrard, Jayden Weeks, Lisa Weeks; great-grandchildren, Jase Swinney, Anna Louise Waldrop; brothers, Jim Mims, Joe Mims; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 6:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel, with Bro. Ricky Phifer speaking at the service.
