James “Jim” Ronal King, Sr., age 70, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Helen Keller Hospital.
Jim was self employed with his drywall finisher business, Kings Drywall. He was a very respected boss and businessman, and his word was sealed with a handshake. He was a dearly loved husband, father, brother, son, and loved by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Leon & Lorene (Hacker) King; and sisters, Genell O’reilly and Kathy Taylor.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 32 years, Brenna King; sons, James “Jim” King, Jr., Jeremy King; sister, Sue Harder; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, September 28, 2022, with Bro. Roger Bond officiating the service. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
The pallbearers will be Jim King, Jr., Jeremy King, Bob Winsett, and Coty Flannagan.
