Michael David “Mike” Reeves, 56, Tuscumbia, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 24, at River Front Park, Sheffield, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Ronny Poag officiating.
Mike was a native and lifelong resident of Colbert County. He was a gun enthusiast and enjoyed riding dirt bikes with his son, Trace. Mike also had a love for cooking and was considered a master by those who tasted his delicious recipes. His contributions to family and holiday meals will be greatly missed. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Donna Reeves.
Mike is survived by his wife of eight years, Kristy Reeves; children, Trace Reeves (Emily) and Brooke Echavarria; sister, Leesa Poag (Ronny); granddaughter, Wrenley Reeves; mother-in-law, GG; aunt, Rita Newton; and several nieces and nephews.
