Donald Keith Inman of Collinwood, TN was born April 23, 1949 in Hohenwald, TN, the son of the late Samuel Curtis and Hazel Warren Inman. He was united in marriage to the former Judy Melson on July 8, 1977. Mr. Inman was a factory worker at Dana Corporation and a member of the Houston Baptist Church, Collinwood, TN. He departed this life on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at his home at the age of 73 years, 4 months, and 28 days.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Melson Inman of Collinwood, TN; daughters, Bridget Inman Baugus, husband, Shannon of Collinwood, TN and Emily Inman Holt of Clifton, TN; son, John K. Inman, wife, Ashley of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Hunter, Skyler, Clay, Mallory and Haley Baugus, Kaleb and Hazel Inman, Shelby Staggs, Timothy and Emma Holt; brothers, Ronald Inman, wife, Jean of Waynesboro TN and Dennis Inman, wife, Parta, Savannah TN and sister, Diane Inman, husband, Roger of Chattanooga, TN.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Inman is preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Inman.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with John E. Banks and John Scoggins officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 8 am to service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Skyler Baugus, Clay Baugus, Kaleb Inman, Timothy Holt, Morgan Griggs and Brent Gobbell with honorary pallbearers being Hunter Baugus, Kenneth Melson, Dale Inman, Byron Griggs and Ricky Inman.
