Dora Delartis Brakefield, age 80 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away September 15, 2022 at Hendrix Health and Rehab in Double Springs.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. at Winston Memorial Cemetery, Haleyville, Alabama.
Ms. Brakefield is survived by her son, Chris Hulsey & his wife, Belinda; sister, Marquita Hallman; grandchildren, Cooper Hulsey and Hannah Hulsey; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Coy Wayne and Thelma Lauderdale; and siblings, Truman Wayne Lauderdale, Ivorene Norris, Coy Wallace Lauderdale and Coy Randall Lauderdale, husband, Donald Brakefield.
