 Betty Lou Williams, 76, died Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Marietta, MS to Delmus and Flaura Mae Hoard Barnes. She was a multiple business owner of a florist and a ladies boutique and was a member of Second Street Church of Christ, Belmont, MS.

Services will be Saturday, September 17, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with John Williams and Kevin Williams officiating. Burial will be in New Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery, New Site, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her husband – John Williams; two daughters – Sonia Taylor and Cindy Thomas (Carl); one son – Kevin Williams (Jan); six grandchildren – Coleman James “C.J.” LeMaster, Brad Thomas (Amber), Athen Thomas, Mary Kate Williams, Jackson Williams and Charlie Williams; two great-grandchildren – Braden Thomas and Bracen Thomas; one sister – Deborah Morris (Jimmy) and one brother – Von Ray Barnes (Jackie).

She was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Joshua Billot, Eden LeMaster and Brett LeMaster; her parents; three brothers, Laverne Barnes, Eugene Barnes and Johnny Barnes and two sisters, Joy Clark and Joyce Moreland.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Moreland, Doug Moreland, Andrew Moreland, Garry Barnes, C.J. LeMaster and Brad Thomas.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 17, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
