Funeral services for Josh Moore, age 46 are scheduled for 2:00pm Tuesday September 13, 2022 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with burial to follow in Roans Creek Cemetery. Mr. Moore passed away Saturday in Jackson, Tn. He was self employed HVAC contractor. He was born September 29, 1975 in Lexington, Tn. to father- John A. “Strawberry” Moore and mother- Betty Evans Maness (Jimmy Darrell). Survivors include- wife of 15 years- Julie Longmire Moore, one son- Spencer Moore, three daughters- Alaina Moore, Brooke Williams (Chase), Hannah Wood (Kaleb Brittain), one brother- Jarrett Moore (Brittany Nelson), two grand children- Jordan Mckinney and Greyson Williams; Father and mother in law-Roy and Myra Longmire, brother in law- Earl Longmire (Traci) ; preceded in death by paternal grandparents- Walter and Edna Moore; maternal grandparents- Ray and Francis Evans, Aunt- Betty Woods, uncle – Chuck Evans, Aunt- Martha Sue Scott, uncle- Kenneth Evans. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to college fund for Spencer Moore.
