MUSCLE SHOALS – When the movie, “MUSCLE SHOALS” screens tonight in Florence, it will mark the first time a feature length film has celebrated a bunch of Southern Boy musicians and studio owners who changed the world’s idea of music. It happens tonight at the Marriott Conference in Florence, and if you hurry, you can still get a ticket.

In this, our final interview of the series, we spoke to the Father of Muscle Shoals Music, Rick Hall, founder of FAME Studios, about where the state of the industry is today. Jimmy Johnson, “Swampers” legend and a founder of Muscle Shoals Sound Studios, was there with Rick to talk about how the recording of music is coming full circle.
