Grace Long Sennie Grace Long, 81, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. For most of her life, Grace worked as a real estate broker and appraiser. She was a franchise owner for several H&R Block locations, and she owned and operated her own company, Grace Long Real Estate. Mrs. Long loved the community of Iuka and was a charter member of the local Pilot Club and many other civic organizations throughout her life. She was a member of the Iuka Baptist Church. One of her favorite pastimes was getting together with a group of friends and playing Bunco. She loved to read and attend her bible study group. Most of all however, she adored getting to spend time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family. Mrs. Long is survived by her loving husband, Fred Long; her children, Darryl Long (Amanda), Stevie Long, and Jana Bormann (Jason); her sister, Lisa Parker (Myles); her brother, Bobby Brown (Helen); her grandchildren, Logan Long (Cari), Lauren Long, Abigail Long, Avery Dawson, Dillon Long, Garett Long, Maegan McGarity (Denny), Jaycie Ivey (Josh), Issac Bormann (Melody), and J.T. Dado; and her great-grandchildren, Davis and Dexter Long. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert “Dick” Brown and Hudie Watson Brown, and her brother, Jimmy Brown. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022, officiated by Rev. Dr. Nicholas B. Phillips. Pallbearers include Logan Long, Garett Long, Dillon Long, Jason Bormann, J.T. Dado, and Isaac Bormann. A private family burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Mrs. Long’s honor to the American Kidney Fund or the Pilot Club of Iuka.
