Shelia Ann Edwards Shelia Ann Edwards, age 64, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, August 01, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Shelia worked for years at HD Lee and then at Catfish Haven. She loved being the mother of Tanya & Asley and was completely involved in her grandchildren’s lives by attending all their ball games that she could. She enjoyed going to Tunica and the Smokey Mountains and especially loved her cigarettes and her Mt. Dews. She always looked forward to those special times with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James William Berry, Sr., and Effie Christine Baker Berry; sister, Wanda Hacker; and brothers, Junior Berry, Donald Berry.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her two daughters, Tanya Edwards, Ashley Edwards (fiancé, Jamie); grandchildren, Dylan Bonner, Collin Bonner, Will Bonner, Cade Edwards; great-grandchildren, Easton Chandler, Emerson Kate Bonner; sister, Linda Sockwell (Wayne); brothers, Ronnie Berry (Jean), Hoyt Berry (Jean); sisters-in-laws, Janice Berry, Diane Berry; special nephew, David Morrow (Emily); as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, and friends.

The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 04, 2022, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Per Sheila’s wishes to be cremated, a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. DeWayne Crumley speaking.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Melanie Malone, the staff of Hospice of North Alabama, Dr. Dyas and his staff, and to all our friends for the calls, texts, and prayers during this tough time.

Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
