James Murphree, 71, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, July 24th, 2022, at River City Nursing Home. Mr. Murphree was born on January 29th, 1951, to James Murphree and Clois Fowler Murphree.
Mr. Murphree is survived by his caretaker Dana Barton; stepdaughters Deana Flick and Michelle Self; step grandchildren Levi Flick, Jenae Flick, Madison Ricks, and Stefan Ricks.
Mr. Murphree was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service to be held at a later date.
