Betty Jean Moore Sibley, 85, of Florence, passed away July 21, 2022. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church, a devoted Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 9-11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rod Stansky officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Allan Downing, Matt Lamb, David Gibson, Chris Peeden, Michael Sibley, and Shane Staggs.
Mrs. Sibley was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Mary Greene Moore; sisters, Grace Staggs, Alma Pratt, Edna Pearl Harrison, and Bertha Marie Taylor; daughter, Donna Jeffreys; and great-grandson, Gavin Cole.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Thomas Sibley; son, Billy Jeffreys, Pensacola, FL, Billy Cole (Kendra), Florence, AL; daughters, Debra Mitchell (Norris), Florence, AL, Janet Hart, Florence, AL, and Jennifer Lamb (Matt), Florence, AL; 9 grandkids; and 13 great-grandkids.
