Beverly Shook Yeatman

Beverly Shook Yeatman, 81, passed away on June 26, 2022 at Starkville Manor Nursing Home. She was born on October 27, 1940 in Washington Park, IL to John B. and Eunice Shook. Beverly married Wendell Jerome Yeatman on June 22, 1958. She was very loving and giving. She loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Jerome Yeatman; daughter, Diana Sue Yeatman; and son, Little Wendell; two sisters, three brothers, and one grandchild, Alicia R. Schaefer Hensley.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Yeatman of Starkville, MS, and Rhonda Sue Yeatman of Weir, MS; sons, Ray Randall Yeatman, and James Daniel Yeatman, both of Maben, MS; grandchildren, Heather N. Schaefer Smith of Mantee, MS, J. Dalton Yeatman (Emily) of Byrum, MS, Breanna H. Yeatman Rivera (David) of Ocean Springs, MS, and Waverly H. Yeatman of Starkville, MS; great grandchildren, Kaylin J. Hensley of Starkville, MS, J. Landen Hensley of Eupora, MS, Montgomery J. Smith of Maben, MS, Bentley A. Robinson and Emma M. Robinson, both of Mantee, MS, Aria R. Yeatman, Ava Yeatman and Caleb D. Yeatman, all of Byrum, MS, plus one on the way; and Michael J. Neal and Isabella Rivera, both of Ocean Springs, MS.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, with the service immediately following in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Clear Springs Primitive Cemetery in Maben, MS.
