Funeral service for Mr. Jell Johnson Scruggs, Jr., formerly of Huntsville will be 1:00 pm, Monday, June 27, 2022 at New Mercies Christian Church (4000 Five Forks Trickum Road Lilburn, GA 30047). Interment will be private. Mr. Scruggs will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time. Funeral services will be handled by Divine Mortuary Services Funeral Home of Lithonia, GA.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Monday, June 27, 2022 at the New Mercies Christian Church.
