Graveside Service for Mrs. Billie June Sparger Owens, 88 of Decatur will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Decatur City Cemetery. Mrs. Owens was a native of Texas and relocated to Decatur to reside with her son, the late James Edward Goolsby. At Mrs. Owens request she will be laid to rest next to James.
She is survived by her sister, Sue Latham of Bedford, TX and some nieces and nephews.
