Jonathan BrownJonathan Eugene Brown, age 41, passed away June 16, 2022. Jonathan was born June 17, 1981 in Washington D.C. to the late James Brown, II and Linda Mae Brown.
Jonathan was one of the good ones. He was one that always put others before himself. He had the kind of personality that would fill the room. He loved to laugh and could charm your socks off. He was honest, strong willed, go getting, kind, compassionate, hardworking, generous, boisterous, loyal, the list goes on and on. He was good at most everything he did… except dancing, although he thought he was. He had a way that would bring people up, or along with him. He was the sort of person that people wanted to be around. He was charitable he always consistently gave to causes that he believed in. He enjoyed racing, and the Tennessee Vols, and his favorite K-9 companion Bristol. But his life revolved around his family and friends. More than anything Jonathan loved and cared for those around him. He was a good man who is gone too soon, and he will be dearly missed.
Jonathan is survived by his wife Jennifer Brown; children: Jonathan “JJ” Eugene Brown, Jr. and Jocelyn Eva Brown; mother: Linda Brown; brother: James “Jimmy” Brown, II; and sister: Jennifer Brown. Jonathan is preceded in death by his daughter: Jillian Leanne Brown and father James Brown, II.
The family will visit with friends Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Bob Vassar officiating.
